We are excited to offer the opportunity to be part of our journey in the role of Product Marketing Manager, working in a discipline with a crucial impact on Position Green’s business growth.

About the role

In the role of Product Marketing Manager you will take ownership of activating our product positioning – from research and strategy to content creation, distribution, follow-up and optimization. Together with a seasoned and engaged team of marketing specialists you will make sure that we attract and convert the interest of our target audiences. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a product marketing strategy that positions our product  suite in line with both our brand and product positioning.
  • Creating a variety of content - including blog posts, case studies, webinars, award entries and more - that supports the messaging and positioning of our products and nurtures our buyers and customers throughout the customer journey.
  • Managing the distribution of our content and product marketing campaigns across various channels in collaboration with other team members.
  • Crafting and executing the GTM plan for new products, solutions and features in close collaboration with our Product Managers and the rest of the Product team.
  • Collaborating with our designers to develop visually engaging content that captures the attention of our target audience.
  • Providing relevant market intelligence and insights to refine our product strategy and product marketing strategy over time, in collaboration with product management.
  • Taking on the role as a go-to-expert on our products, customers, competitors and market.

    To succeed in this role we believe that you have a proven track record within the above product marketing areas and relevant practical experience from working in a fast growing B2B SaaS company. We believe that you have:

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing with a focus on developing and executing a content and product marketing strategy.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English) with the ability to create content that is engaging, informative, and tailored to our target audience.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
    • Experience in working with cross-functional product teams.
    • Demonstrated proactivity in identifying opportunities for improvements of processes and tools.
    • An outgoing, curious and unpretentious professional approach.
    • An eagerness to impact the sustainability of businesses worldwide - note: sustainability experience is not required, as long as you’re willing to fall in love with the problem and eager to learn.


      Educational background:

      You have a Bachelor's Degree within Communications, Marketing or Journalism.
