Customer Success Manager

We are now expanding our team and looking for our next Customer Success Manager. For this position we are looking for someone that is an eager relationship builder, a problem solver and someone who loves to help others to succeed. A passion for educating and turning our new and existing global clients into ambassadors is key!
You will work together with the Customer Success team to hold and coordinate trainings, grow and maintain customer relationships and oversee the onboarding of new clients. You will primarily work with new clients and developing relationships that promote retention and loyalty should be in your DNA. You will help clients understand how to optimise their usage of Mediatool, up-selling the service with sensitivity, and you will be the first point of contact to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Setup new customer accounts and host onboardings
Proactively reach out to customers to prevent customer churn
Developing up-tells on existing base
Customer Support and developing our Help Center
Relay customer feedback to necessary internal teams like Development
Nurture existing customers
What we are looking for:
2+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, Relations Manager or Service Manager within a tech company (previous experience at a SaaS company is preferable)
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level
Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal e.g. capabilities to describe and understand customer requirements and make presentations
Exceptional project and change management skills and attention to detail
Team player, comfortable working with teams in various timezones
Key part of our dynamic Sales, Marketing and Customer Success (SMaCS) team
