Are you looking for your next career move? Agillic is on the look for a dedicated Partner Director with a global scope who has excellent stakeholder management skills to join our team!

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for building a strong foundation and strategic approach to work with our partners. Primarily, focus is on building and maintaining partnerships with both our Solution and Technical partners. 

  • Establish strong commercial partnerships and grow existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and R&D to launch and manage partnership programs
  • Align closely with marketing on customer insights and partner related marketing activities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of partners, forecast, and generate sales opportunities and close joint deals
  • Define Agillic's attendance to external events organized by partners to increase intimacy and pitch Agillic’s solution to clients
  • Run sales process together with partners
  • Secure that partners are always on top of the Agillic product
  • Identify new growth oriented international partnerships both tech and solution partners
  • Secure that solution partners are developed from Bronze to Gold partners 
  • Manage partnerships to review success factors and hold periodic meetings to discuss sales & marketing strategies, lead-gen, technical feasibility, and new products/features
  • Hold a relevant master’s degree e.g., within marketing and/or advertising, management, and/or organizational theory
  • Solid experience working closely with partners and know the business model well for collaborating with both tech and solution partners
  • Experience from the SaaS industry, preferably from Martech
  • Excel in stakeholder management
  • Great people management skills
  • Business proficiency in English, which is our corporate language
  • Knowledge and/or experience in marketing automation
  • Result oriented and enthusiastic with a great drive
  • Structured and able to define as well as following processes
