We're looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team!

Dear Lucy operates in global markets with a product led growth model. Our customer focus is currently on scaling SaaS companies running on Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive. We amaze our customers with a top-notch sales insights solution and help them solve their sales reporting, forecasting and goal visualisation needs with the support of our highly professional services teams.

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you're responsible for implementing Dear Lucy for our customers, and you will act as their go-to-person for advice and support throughout the customer lifecycle. You will be working with the brightest C-level Executives around the world and are able to combine the roles of a consultant, project manager and account manager all-in-one. You will be a key member of our team in helping our customers succeed with Dear Lucy.

Core responsibilities for the role

  • Implement and onboard our customers to make sure they succeed in adopting Dear Lucy as key part of their sales management process
  • Build and maintain relationships with our customers and continuously work to improve their experience of Dear Lucy
  • Assist our sales team and international partners as a product expert

What You Bring to the Table 

  • 3+ years of experience from B2B software implementations
  • Experience with SQL (or similar), Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence
  • Analytical mindset and passion for solving technical challenges
  • Outstanding consultation and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluency in English

Bonus Points for

  • Working in customer facing roles at a high growth SaaS company
  • Experience within sales analytics, sales operations, business intelligence or equivalent field
  • Familiarity with CRMs and/or Salesforce, HubSpot and/or Pipedrive ecosystems
