⭐️ About the role

Are you interested in bringing your technical and customer service skills to take part in an HR-tech startup with high ambitions, expansion plans, and possibilities?

We are looking for a highly skilled onboarding and implementation manager to help our users get started with AlexisHR. In this role, you will demonstrate how AlexisHR work, help companies get going with all of AlexisHR different features, set up their required integrations and answer questions relating to the onboarding process. All this in company with the Customer Success & Support team, to deliver a real wow journey!

You will work in tight collaboration with the rest of the Customer Success & Support team, but also the Sales team, which will hand over new customers once they are ready.  Since this is a new role your role might encompass more cross-functional collaboration as we continue to grow. 👉 About you

Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience from onboarding/implementation in a B2B SaaS. Ideally, you also have experience working in the HR Tech or Fintech industry, but that's not a must.
  • You've probably worked with high touch service/implementation in some form and experienced implementation of tech touch to accelerate growth.
  • Comfortable and experienced working with integrations in any capacity or form (check out our growing integration page for current systems integrated to AlexisHR to understand why).
  • You communicate with key stakeholders with ease, both verbally and in text.
  • Sometimes things can get technical so experience with common technical terminology is a major plus ("RESTful API", "Single Sign-on", "IdP" are some of the words used by us every day).
  • Fluent in English and Swedish. Don't be shy if you know even more languages, since we are entering new markets, extra languages can be a big plus!


  • Strong organizational skills, giving amazing customer service and a fast-paced environment make you tick!
  • Accept that things aren't always perfect and don't mind deep-diving into repetitive tasks to make them a thing of the past!
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for your contribution and impact on both business & people.
