We are building a modern, friendly, and diverse product-first tech company based in Stockholm and now, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team.

Mentimeter's sales team has grown from just 6 people in 2019 to 85 and this year only, we’ll onboard 20 more new colleagues. With such strong growth, we see the need for establishing a Sales Enablement role to support our sales teams. You’ll get the opportunity to design, develop and contribute to the following areas:

  • Establishing and designing the Sales Enablement function at Mentimeter
  • Training - Design learning programs and learning objectives. Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team. Organizing external and internal training
  • Sales onboarding - You will be the owner of the sales onboarding process at Mentimeter where you will partner with Sales Managers and Directors to make sure we have a stellar onboarding process to set the sales team up for success.
  • Playbooks and assets - Collaborating with the Marketing department and Subject matter experts in order to create assets and customer-facing materials. Make sure that our documentation is stored in one central place.

Skills Needed: 

Must haves for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales team management in SaaS
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering sales training programs
  • Experience in implementing sales methodologies (experience with MEDDPIC is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, processes, and methodologies
  • Experience team management within SaaS
  • Great communication skills, ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Being independent and driven
  • Tech-savvy
  • Interest in training building and delivery

Not required:

  • You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organization, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 30 different nationalities!)
