Role description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused colleague to join our support team. You might have worked closely with customers for a few years already and are looking to gain new skills and love to solve technical problems. You will play a key role in elevating the quality of our service by collaborating within and outside of your team to find scalable solutions.

You’ll work primarily with the customer support team as second-line support to troubleshoot and solve the more technical issues our enterprise customers face as well as diagnosing and reporting issues to the Product team. You will drive your own work to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the customer support team with responding to general customer inquiries via chat and email
  • Promptly resolving technical issues faced by our enterprise customers (this includes troubleshooting SSO issues, checking logs for payment errors as well as other application-based errors)
  • Owning and implementing troubleshooting procedures for the support team


Skills Needed: 

We believe you have:

  • Excellent communication skills - You’re able to communicate technical topics to customers and coworkers in a clear way
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and drive your own initiatives
  • Business-level spoken and written English

It is beneficial if you have:

  • Prior experience working with support platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk
  • Experience with testing, QA, bug reporting or reading logs

Not a requirement

  • Commercial experience as a developer or formal technical training
  • Swedish is not required for this position - we are an English-speaking first company with daily work and communication carried out in English as the Mentimeter team currently spans over 40 different nationalities!

This role will have its base in our HQ in Stockholm and is an onsite/hybrid role.
