We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role you’ll be responsible for investing Mentimeter’s surplus with the goal to drive user acquisition across all paid channels and develop Mentimeter to a world-leading position with focus on the US market.

We want to create awareness about the benefits of the Mentimeter product, increase traffic to our website and brand assets, boost the conversion rate and drive interest to our webinars, downloadable content, and guides.

You will be part of the Marketing team and report to the Growth Director. You will have the chance to shape the role in the way that provides the highest business value for Mentimeter. In the nearest time you will also have the opportunity to build a team around you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will play a key role in creating, managing, and executing Mentimeter’s Digital Marketing strategy. Your goals will be connected with increasing brand awareness, maximising the Individual Leaders intake (Self Service users), and supporting product adoption in companies with an active subscription (Enterprise users).

  • You will be in charge of planning and managing paid media campaigns on multiple channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, sponsored newsletter, classified websites (Capterra), Lead Gen channels.
  • You will use the first-party data in combination with third-party-provided data set to target decision-makers in large corporations.
  • You will have the mandate to select and hire suppliers (e.g. media agencies, affiliate networks, martech suppliers) that can maximise your delivery potential.
  • You will be requested to partner with creative resources to create, revise, and version campaign and materials content to drive key business outcomes.
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders will be part of your tasks.
  • You will be responsible for the post-campaign analysis — drawing on successes and failures, to identify tactics that are working to achieve goals.
  • You will lead internal, competitive, and industry research.
  • You will work together with colleagues and teams (e.g. SEO, CRO, Product, Sales) towards building high-impact acquisition journeys.


Skills Needed: 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to execute on multiple projects and effectively establish priorities.
  • Data-driven decision maker: attention to detail and strong analytics skills to identify opportunities, set the KPIs, and measure performance against goals.
  • In-depth expertise in the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including programmatic buying, retargeting, social network advertising, content distribution etc.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly and in a compelling manner to audiences of various levels.
  • Experience of managing larger paid marketing budgets.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Comfortable with being the link between sales and marketing, working closely with outbound sales and content management.
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience:

  • Proven track record in creating, managing, and executing digital marketing strategy that impacted company revenue.
  • Minimum 4+ years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on leadership experience where you have been a team lead or leader of individual contributors.
  • Plus:
  • Excellent understanding of the typical SaaS sales cycle and the enterprise product buyer’s journey is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience working on Global campaigns with a special focus on the US.
  • Experience with setting up an Affiliate Program.
  • Knowledgeable about self service Ad management platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or Linkedin Ads, and analytics tools like GA, or MixPanel.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Zoho, or Salesforce.) is a plus.
