Marketing’s role at Mentimeter is quite unique and extremely powerful, the two main stakeholders are the Product Department and the Sales Department:

Product, since our go-to-market is mainly viral and our marketing becomes product-marketing (email automation, content, data analysis etc).

Sales, since our customer journey, goes from Free -> Self-Service customer -> Enterprise customer. Today we have over 15 million registered leaders & 105 000 paying Self-Service customers in all countries in the world - in this database of 15 million registered leaders we have over 37 000(!) organizations that have over 20 registered leaders… a HUGE opportunity for scalable demand generation!

In this new role, we want you to lead a wide range of projects to find new ways to ensure our Enterprise customers get the most out of Mentimeter and remain happy, long-term customers. You will work closely with our Relationship Managers and Customer Success Managers to help them scale their efforts and increase their impact. We want you to be analytical and get excited about optimizing our marketing efforts and taking on new and complex initiatives that will support the adoption of our Enterprise product offering. This role will report to the Enterprise Marketing Director.

What you will do:

  • Work together with the rest of the Marketing Department and Post Sales teams to create and implement tactics that will increase the value our customers get out of Mentimeter.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, to grow and retain Enterprise customer account such as customer events, boarding, ongoing nurture campaigns and anti-churn initiatives.
  • Connecting with existing accounts to ensure continued education and adoption success throughout the relationship lifecycle.
  • Provide project overviews, progress, and results reporting on initiatives.
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives.


Skills Needed: 

We believe you have:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience within the digital marketing field, specifically within areas such as Inbound Marketing, B2B Demand Generation Sales Enablement; preferably within SaaS businesses and have worked closely with sales functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully launching Customer Marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
  • Knowledge of how the marketing tech stack enables automated and scalable marketing initiatives.
  • Experience from working with some of the, or equivalent, tools in our marketing tech stack (e.g. Mixpanel, Intercom, Split.io, Salesforce, Metabase)
  • Very strong ability to collaborate with other teams and departments as well as drive projects.

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience of working in a product-first company with a product-first go-to-market
  • Experience from working with SaaS products
  • Experience from working with Sales or in a commercially focused role

Not required:

  • You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organization, daily work is carried out in English, and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 20 different nationalities!)
