Sales Operations Manager

We are building a modern, friendly, and diverse product-first tech company based in Stockholm and now, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team.
Mentimetr’s Sales team grew from around 70 people at the beginning of the year to 90, and we’ll be 130 at the end of the next year. We are investing in the Sales Operations team to support the growth of the organization, and looking for a Sales Operations Manager with proven team leadership experience.
You will report to the Director of Sales Operations, and together with Sales Enablement Manager be a part of the Sales Ops Leadership Team.
- Team leadership.

- Alining and communicating with relevant stakeholders in Marketing Operations and Data team about ongoing projects
- Contributing to Sales Ops Roadmap together with the Sales Operations leadership team

Skills Needed:
Must haves for the role:
- 5+ years
- People management is a merit
- Experience with SaaS is a must, ideally from a scale-up
- Good understanding of reporting/ forecasting/budgeting methodologies and cadences
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, processes, and methodologies
- Proved experience in process improvement initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce
- Great communication skills, ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
- Organizational and project management skills
- Being independent and driven
- Tech-savvy
