Product Manager - Mobile platforms
What's Upsales?
See Upsales as a digital sales coach. Our product helps businesses grow through intelligent sales tools and powerful analytics. We started as a CRM (Customer Relations Management) in 2003 and have grown over the years by continuously developing tools that help companies grow. Our customers range from start-ups to established companies in a variety of industries. Our task is to give customers tools, insights and tips to help them grow quickly.
Upsales is a digital platform you use on your mobile or your browser. One product, but on different platforms.
Who are we at Upsales?
Our corporate culture is imbued with a desire to deliver at a world-class tier - we hate prestige and love to make things happen. We attract stars with the room to grow, be challenged and get better every day with personal responsibility.
We're a global team of around 70 people working in Stockholm, Linköping, Albania and Macedonia.
The challenge:
We want our mobile app to be the most important tool a seller has on their phone. And we need you to understand what it takes to achieve it. And of course, take it from insight to solution together with your team.
We believe this means close dialogue with our users combined with data analysis, tests and knowledge of how sales work. We're looking for you who would love to own this space and set a new level for what a CRM app should be able to accomplish.
The role of Product Manager at Upsales:
Your qualification in short:
- At least two years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Available to work on location in Stockholm or Linköping
A strategic visionary
We are looking for someone who can advocate for our mobile users and solve their most important problems. We see the product manager role as a kind of CEO for their areas; you have both the business and the users in focus and strive to do the best for both in the most efficient way possible.
A curious expert
Our product owners are experts in their fields. The role requires a great curiosity to understand your users and to help them achieve their goals.
Data-driven and humble
You are meticulous in measuring success and setting goals for your project. You are also humble about developing a product for a target group who are experts in what they do.
Previous experience
We are looking for someone with previous experience in the product manager role for a digital service or product. A big plus is if you have previously worked with products that are focused around sales.

How we work today:
We solve the toughest problems. The team focus is guided by something we call The Sales Bible, which is a living knowledge bank with lessons learned, research results and tips from the most successful sales teams. This helps us shape Upsales and constantly learn more about our customers' challenges.
We're data-driven, and our Bible also serves as a guiding light here for how we measure success and what problems we tackle. We think it's important to understand the result we want to achieve before trying to solve a challenge. A measurable goal is something everyone can agree on. This allows us to celebrate when we have succeeded and continue experimenting when we have not reached all the way.
We're agile. For us, this means that we always strive to deliver value as quickly as possible to our users. Therefore, we do everything in our power to test, evaluate and scrap ideas as quickly as possible. A way of working that means we don't get stuck in projects that require a long time to create value.
We fail fast. Some of the most important (and most difficult) challenges you face are being able to quickly test and split your project into multiple parts to quickly gather feedback and verify if the team is on track. This also places great responsibility on your role to recognise when a project needs to change direction and to find intelligent ways to test the team's ideas. Which methods the team wants to work with is up to the them.
Our culture
We compete against big players, and that requires us to be competitive. We like the competition and to win we need world-class performance. In all areas.
We hate prestige, and we love to make things happen. Bureaucracy and lengthy processes are precisely what we are fighting against. Most companies rate their performance according to standards such as bronze, silver and gold. We aim higher. We aim for a Diamond-level standard in every part of Upsales.
Our core principles:
- Move fast and get shit done
- Take extreme ownership
- No primadonnas allowed

In addition to all the great benefits of working at one of Sweden's best workplaces, we promise you a developing role with:
