We are also looking to strengthen our product marketing team with new colleagues who are passionate about creating and telling compelling narratives about our product to our wider market.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be working actively with our positioning and messaging to create successful campaigns, stories, and product launches.

You will be our chief advocate for a specific feature set and its benefits. With the help of deep customer understanding, product knowledge, an understanding of our competitors, and market insight, you will help us grow faster. You will create tactics, lead projects, and create content that drives an increased appetite for our CRM platform.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-performing launches of new products, releases, and packaged services
  • Create up-sell/cross-sell campaigns based on white space analysis of our existing customer base
  • Collaborate and work with product teams to distill key functionality into value and product marketing messages that resonates with our audiences
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas
  • Become an expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria
  • Together with the wider Product Marketing team, work to create videos, demo experiences and compelling content for the web, social media, review sites and for sales enablement purposes (for example, a sales deck)
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes


Your super powers

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creative and energetic
  • Proficiency in SuperOffice CRM and Optimizely CMS is a plus
  • Passion for telling a compelling story with a bit of product evangelism 😊
  • Ability to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life – you will be at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and customers
