Lexplore’s marketing team is growing! This time we are looking for a creative Marketing & Sales Automation Specialist to join our marketing team.

As Marketing & Sales Automation Specialist, you drive our marketing and sales activities in HubSpot. You will be part of the marketing team and also work closely together with sales. We believe you are motivated by driving revenues, are best in class at setting up marketing automation and lead nurturing programs, and you strive for excellent customer experiences. You thrive in a high-paced environment, like to execute on tasks, and have an eye for detail. In this role you are a part of the marketing team and report to the CMO.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Together with CMO, set a Marketing Automation strategy, in line with the overall Marketing strategy
  • Develop and optimise customer acquisition and engagement, as well as the inbound journey from prospect communication to MQL stage and handover to sales
  • Send email campaigns in collaboration with sales and cs teams, the Content Marketing Manager and a designer
  • Segment lists based on past behaviours and measure results to optimise the lead nurturing workflows and conversion rates
  • Create guidelines for processes, A/B tests, and campaigns to generate leads, and ultimately revenues
  • Work with sales team in lead management processes to maximise ROI from inbound leads

Required skills

  • Experience from working with marketing automation
  • Specialist in Hubspot
  • Experience with customer journey mapping
  • Experience with Lead Scoring and Lead Management
  • Analytical and ROI-driven
  • Near-native in English, both in writing and verbally

Practical Information

Full time, 40 hours per week, 6 months probation period

Start as soon as possible, we interview until the role is filled.

Placement: Stockholm and/or remote
