SalesScreen is hiring a Customer Success Manager located in Oslo, Norway or in Sweden to handle our Swedish customer base. As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for strategizing and enabling our customer base to drive business outcomes through motivating their teams. You will become a gamification expert and play a valuable role in driving and growing partnerships with customers. The ideal candidate is customer centric, focused on results, and is up for any challenge a customer might have!
What you’ll do:
- Be accountable to customers’ overall success with SalesScreen. This includes: uncovering and understanding the pain points, driving adoption of SalesScreen, and measuring business outcomes along with overall experience and health of the customer.
- Manage the relationship post onboarding through to renewal with potential to present expansion opportunities for additional teams within the organization.
- Drive value for the customer with each touch point and conversation by showing your thought leadership and product expertise.
- Develop and own presentations using SalesScreen’s Insight data to push engagement from the Executive, Management, and Team level within your customer base
- Optimize customers’ product set up to continue to drive to their business outcomes enabling customers to shout their results from the rooftop!
- Work internally to be the voice of the customer with product needs, advancements, and technical needs.
Who you are:
- At least 3-5 years of Customer Success Management experience required in SaaS
- Fluent in Swedish, both speaking and written for business communications
- Proven track required of customer retention and growth within an owned book of business
- Ability to manage both external and internal projects with a strong focus on customer outcomes
- Will take initiative individually and with the team - don’t be afraid to try something!
