We're now looking for a Global Renewal Manager that wants to participate in building our success story!
What you'll do
- Renewing Subscription and Support contracts with our existing customers
- Help to standardise our commercial arrangements across the installed base
- Help the customers to realise greater value from our Software and Services
- Grow the average revenue per customer
- Maintain and increase the current level of customer satisfaction
- Play a key role of our broader business transformation
- Get Global exposure and traveling

What you'll bring
- Commercial experience; account management, handling contracts and negotiations
- Passionate about business development and creating new sales opportunities
- A hands-on attitude with a willingness to to roll up your sleeves, contribute, and add value
- An analytical and Linear minset
- Strong Communication Skills in English; both written and verbal
- It's beneficial if you have experience within Sales, IT Industry and/or within the Telco vertical
