Enterprise Account Executive (Global role, Helsinki-based)

How will you make an impact in this role?

We are highly focused on helping large Enterprise repair businesses solve their day-to-day operational challenges while driving sustainability and reducing electronic waste. Our new Account Executive will help expand the sales team, grow our enterprise sales, and drive new business from our global key markets.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Fixably, you will be:
- Developing and closing new business opportunities within our global enterprise target market
- Build and influence our global enterprise sales methodology.
For you to be successful in this role and to be able to achieve your goals consistently, you will need to have at least 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of attaining and exceeding sales goals. We value any experience from selling locally or internationally.
Your day-to-day tasks will include the following:
- Defining a territory plan based on our ICPs and keeping it up-to-date
- Prospecting and booking outbound meetings with target accounts in your territory
- Working closely with and mentoring an enterprise SDR to extend your coverage and get more meetings on the calendar
- Executing discovery calls & product demos, pulling in internal and external resources into the process at the relevant stages to keep up the deal momentum
- Crafting and sending proposals, responsibility for negotiating & closing deals with senior stakeholders and CxOs
- Updating Hubspot CRM with all activities and deal updates
- Meeting with your sales team colleagues weekly to share best practices, advice, tips & tricks to consistently develop and improve our ways of working
