Senior Sales Executive
About the role
Working as part of a small, highly motivated and professional team in center of Stockholm, fully supported via your wider European sales, marketing and back-office colleagues you will have the opportunity of selling highly competitive and innovative top-end payments solutions for a highly ambitious organization, offering a stable and far-reaching career path in an inclusive teamwork based progressive environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities, as a Sales Executive include
· Have full sales cycle responsibility - managing ongoing sales processes with prospects via sales meetings, demos, technical screenings, business cases and negotiation until converting them to closed new business and handing them over to our customer success team.
· Make a positive and compelling presentation of our products & services driven by your excellent understanding of the market and the product, services features, advantages for the specific prospect.
· Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation within our target segments.
· Well-documented sales plans and roadmaps for new partners and customers with the target to move them toward our solutions and programs
· You address, investigate, resolve, respond and follow-up on customer enquiries
· You will work closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives
· Ensure the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives and increase the partners´ overall satisfaction
· Maintain a work plan identifying responsibilities, deliverables and processes that must be executed to achieve results. Document and steer specific milestones.
Skills we´d like
· Previous sales experience in the Payment Services or Cards Terminals industry.
· The ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate web-based software products.
· The ability to deal with a diverse client base.
· Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability.
· Strong organizational and diary management skills.
· Resiliency and the ability to handle objections.
· The motivation to succeed, both personally and financially.
· Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
· A strong ability to use technology / mobile phone related Apps and online platforms.
· Business or native level communication skills with Swedish and English.
