Inside Sales Specialist
About the role
First and foremost, as an Internal Salesperson you will be a new business generator, a relationship builder and we will help you to become the go-to person for all thing’s payment. You will be given the autonomy to generate your own business pipeline working across several verticals or specialize on just a couple. The role will specifically enable you to:
· Be involved with the complete sales cycle from lead generation to transacting customer.
· Identifying and creating sales opportunities.
· Organizing your own appointments.
· Signing up customers on 1st or 2nd appointment.
· Manage accounts to develop solution usage and revenue growth.
· Develop open and clear communications between other business and functional groups to improve customer satisfaction
· Work with internal Viva Wallet resources to coordinate activities that support sales and resolve customer issues.
What qualifications will you need to be successful?
· A strong networker able to use a range of tools social media, LinkedIn and via telephone.
· A person who enjoys speaking with customers and creating opportunities.
· To be focused and proactive in achieving sales targets.
· Accomplished with cold calling customers to create opportunities.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team to get stuff done.
· Flexible to embrace the dynamics of an evolving, technology led organization.
