Product Designer (Lead Generation)
If you're thinking that this is just another ordinary designer role with no real ownership, you're wrong. It’s not at all what we're looking for. We are looking for someone with a clear vision, hunger for ownership, and experimentation, and someone who wants to achieve business results.
Sounds like you? Keep reading!
What you’ll work with
The Product Designer (Lead Generation) role at Funnel will give you the chance to work on a business-critical, lead-generating website that reaches a global audience. Our website is the heart for new leads and we treat it as its own product. The role is not only about user testing, generating leads or landing pages, it is a chance to test new ideas and develop communication of the product along with various teams at Funnel.
You will work with short iterations and a build-measure-learn mindset.
Needless to say, this is a vital role for Funnel’s business and a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a chance to really have an impact.
You will be part of our Design team - which is the home of all designers at Funnel. A space for collaboration, improvement, and vision-sharing, supported by our Chief Design Officer, Eric. Check him out!
In addition, you will also be an essential part of our Web team, consisting of our Product Lead, Ola (Check him out as well!), an SEO Strategist, a Digital Analyst/CRO Specialist, and Web Developers. Together you will be responsible for the optimization of our website and creating an engaging user experience.
This cross-functional setup between design and web allows for a holistic design approach, knowledge sharing, and co-creating within the organization.
You might fail once, you might fail twice - we're okay with that! Without our hits- and-misses, we would not be where we're today. Our curiosity and openness keep us going, and our progress is made together as a team.
What we’re looking for
Look - you will work with a bunch of strong-minded, committed funnelers with different perspectives than yours. - Have worked in an agile environment - you are not looking to go back to a Waterfall approach
- Have realized that data-driven design is for you
- Love working cross-functionally
- Are growth and team-oriented
- Get excited about working with different stakeholders
Apart from all the above perks of becoming a part of our amazing company that will help you evolve your craft you’ll be able to enjoy:
