About the job 

You will have plenty of room to influence and develop your skill-set as Front-end Developer at Telavox. Besides maintaining existing products, you will also be able to create new features involving redesign and creating from scratch in close collaboration with our UX team.

At the moment, we are working with Javascript (AngularJS), HTML, and CSS, but are eager to explore other tech stacks such as Typescript and React. 

Development is part of our growth journey, and we'd love to hear what you have to say about different tech stacks!

Since our products are used every day by our customers, this role requires you to closely follow customer requirements. As a team, we have a complex pipeline to solve, and you need the ability to speak up, communicate, and work together with others to accomplish it.

First upcoming 12 months

✔️ You will spend your first weeks in our onboarding team to get to know our codebase, techstack and domain. 

✔️ When the onboarding process is complete, you will join your development team. 

✔️ Here you will join the team sprint and help the team complete various tickets, ranging from bug-fixes to feature development. 

✔️ You might join an on-going project or take the lead on a new project where you will do a feasibility study together with our UX department and break down the project into smaller components for you and your team.

 About you

Since we are all on the same development journey together, there is no boss who will tell you what to do next. That's no problem for you since Innovative, solution-focused, and self-driven are words you associate with yourself. Our goal is for you to work with your colleagues to find solutions.

We are looking for several software developers with different levels of seniority who are capable of mastering a variety of front-end challenges together.

All members of the team should possess the two following superpowers:

💪Web development experience 

💪 Knowledge from any Javascript framework

It is not required for you to have the following superpowers, even if you would be amazing if you did:

💪 Good eye for UX and design 

💪 React 

💪 Typescript 

💪 Redux
