Customer focus is crucial for us to be able to grow, which is why we are looking for a new colleague to our Customer Care team. If you have a genuine interest in helping customers achieve their goals and also have experience from working with Google Ads, then you might be our new colleague. 

Where we are

Bidbrain is a Swedish SaaS platform that increases the performance of Google Shopping campaigns using state of the art AI-technology. We launched Bidbrain to the public last year and have a series of e-commerce clients live on the platform using our bidding algorithm for Google shopping.

We are equipped with a great Bidbrain team in place as well as a product gaining traction, making it possible for us to continue our international growth journey.

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Bidbrain you will be the primary customer contact for your customers which means that you will be onboarding them, building great relationships with them and helping them grow their business with our product. In order to help our customers grow their business a crucial part of this role will be to assess and analyse customers results. 

Internally you will be the voice of the customer while cooperating with colleagues to ensure issues are resolved and customer goals are being met. You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Care and work closely together with the Customer Care team as well as our Tech team, Marketing team and others. 

As a Customer Success Manager at Bidbrain your responsibilities will include for example: 

  • Build and nurture relationships with customers
  • Meet monthly quota goals for upsales 
  • Own the entire Customer Success process including training, advising, tailoring solutions, map out potential account size, make a plan for the account and ultimately optimise and grow the account to its full potential. 
  • Administrative tasks such as logging events in our CRM and create material

Your skills & experience

For this role great skills and experience from working with Google Ads is a requirement. You have probably worked as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager or similar, perhaps at a digital agency, affiliate company or inhouse with a company operating within e-commerce. You speak both Swedish and English fluently, and we would love it if you also speak additional European languages as we have an international customer base. 

If we focus more on your personality we believe that you love digging into data and analysing customer results. Your analytical skills are combined with a customer focused attitude as you believe that a genuine interest in our customers is a prerequisite for success. This role requires hands-on work, hence you are a stable doer always delivering results while staying calm and focused. Lastly you will have colleagues to discuss and cooperate with, however it is important that you feel comfortable in being your own captain as we rely on you to take ownership for and run your work.
