Responsibilities of a Product Director:

• Contribute to a world class product vision and strategy for a product team by owning one or more product / product areas.
• Build compelling and high impact product capabilities, based on a deep understanding of customer needs & market trends, translating them into clear priorities and product roadmap.
• Drive the execution of multiple projects in an Agile Environment for product development including managing product requirements in a product backlog, giving product demos and working with designers to create beautiful user experiences
• Partner very closely with High Performing UX and Engineering teams to build scalable software products that meet customer needs and on time with excellent quality.
• Ensure alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the leadership team's priorities and vision as well as team’s stakeholders.
• Contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous start-up environment
• Be an advocate of metric/data-based decision making. Own and maintain your product's adoption, engagement and performance metrics
• Make an impact on a global scale.

Ideal Candidate Must-Haves

• Proven track record over multiple years as a product manager responsible for value and viability of solutions Proven track record and willingness of coaching and developing other people
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• Previous experience within B2B SaaS, Supply Chain or the Textile Industry is a plusProven ability to go deep and quickly learn new domains as well as 'getting things done' in an cross-functional teams with an agile mindset
• Proven ability to engage with both peers and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationshipsAlways ( can't stress this enough ) customer, end user, and impact focused
