About the role

If you are ready for your next career challenge we can promise you we have the one. We are looking for our first employees that will join the Norwegian team to keep building our success. Since you will be part of a small but ambitious team of Voyado representatives focusing on the Norwegian market, you will take ownership for growing our already existing Norwegian customer base (with customers such as Stormberg, Tom Wood, Orkla, Fjellsport, Active Brands) and everything that comes with that. You will create new business opportunities and be responsible for the entire sales process; from territory planning, outreach strategies, business value workshops to contract negotiation and follow-up. You will mainly focus on the larger customers on completely that require a great deal of responsibility and own initiatives. By attending industry days and trade shows you also work long-term to build and increase Voyado's visibility in new markets.

You will belong to our International Sales team reporting to our Nordic Sales who is based in Stockholm. You will also have a close collaboration to our SDR team, internal marketing and partner department as well as external partners in new markets.

With Voyado you will sell the leading and most user-friendly cloud-based Customer Experience Cloud on the market to primarily retailers, e-commerce companies and brands. Your main point of contacts are C-levels and managers within marketing, CRM, e-commerce and IT.

Your responsibilities

  • Play a key role in building and growing our local awareness in Norway
  • Establish new business opportunities in Norway
  • Create, develop and maintain business relationships with local customers and partners
  • Present, introduce and demo Voyado
  • Responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to contract for larger companies
  • Professional and relationship-creating customer service that strengthens the company's business. You also ensure that customers grow with Voyado

Skills & Background:

  • Experience in international sales and complex selling with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in selling SaaS or other technical solutions
  • Preferred experience from and interest in retail, e-commerce, CRM or digital marketing
  • Language requirement: Successful candidates should be native Norwegian and fluent in English
