As our new Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will achieve this by delivering great experiences and communication through email and other channels at key moments of their journey.

You are a vocal champion for customer values, and you naturally dive deep into data to support your decisions. You are passionate about lifecycle marketing, and skilled at managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.

You are analytical and have deep emotional connection with customers and believe that improving prospects and customer experience will drive revenue growth. You have a good understanding of the digital buyer journey, or you're eager to learn as much as possible.

Keeping up to speed with different tasks, setting priorities for the most impact and grasping new concepts, skills and technology comes naturally to you. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment, where days can vary but new and exciting challenges present themselves all the time. You’ve got a can-do attitude and are eager to tackle whatever lies in front of you but are not afraid to ask for help when you need it.

What you'll be doing

  • Based on data, build a full funnel customer lifecycle marketing plan with the goal to nurture and enrich the relationship with both Oneflow’s prospects and customers.

  • Deliver wow experiences by implementing lifecycle marketing and communications at scale, including email, chat, in-app notifications, etc.

  • Build customer segmentations, triggers, workflows and run sophisticated lifecycle/CRM campaigns for both pre-and post-sales across multiple channels (email, chat, in-app communication, etc.).

  • Measure and optimize direct influence on prospect conversion rates, new customer activation rates, existing customer retention, and platform usage growth.

  • You will partner with colleagues in marketing (especially our content team), customer success, sales, and product to craft consistent, high-quality communications through every stage of a customer's experience with Oneflow

Skills and requirements

  • A proven background in successfully building and executing full funnel customer lifecycle marketing plan for multiple markets globally

  • Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels (email, chat, in-app communication, etc.)

  • Deep emotional intelligence and customer empathy

  • Analytically-driven decision maker, strong attention to detail with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and using data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
