About the role 💼
We are looking for a senior engineer with previous experience in leading, designing and implementing overall architectural strategies, decisions and tooling. Maybe you have been tech lead, architect or senior developer and are now ready for the next challenge in your career.
As Chief Architect you will be responsible for our overall architecture and the strategies needed to get to where we want to be.

You do this by leading our Architectural Steering Group and working closely with our teams and engineering managers. You will be responsible for our technical vision and setting the plans for it. You will be a part of our Technology and Product leadership team and report directly to our CTO.
About you 🙋
In order to succeed in the role as a Chief Architect we expect you to be a go-getter, have good communication skills, have a scalable mindset and be relentlessly curious. Having the ability to get developers to follow your lead is a must. We believe this is an on-site first role to be able to be the role-model needed. In order to have direct and clear communications we believe it is important to work closely with the development teams. You are fluent in both English and Swedish and eligible to work in Sweden full time without restriction.
