About the role

Alexis means "the helper of people" and with our HR platform we help other companies to take care of their most valuable asset: their employees, from onboarding to the entire employee journey. As Head of Customer Success, your responsibilities include leading the Customer Success function and team to excellence, ensuring we are a trusted advisor to our customers, driving commercial growth, and playing a central role in defining our Customer Success strategy and operating model.

Examples of what you’ll be doing:

  • Define the customer lifecycle, customer success strategy, and optimal operating model, and execute those.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience continuously.

  • Drive new business growth, reduce churn, increase ARR and drive the transformation towards commercial excellence in close collaboration with sales.

  • Identify relevant objectives such as goals, key results, tasks, and KPIs that support the overall business strategy.

  • Drive product adoption and optimize the customer experience.

  • Lead and daily coach our fantastic Customer Success team!

We operate after a hybrid remote working model, with 2-3 days at the office. The office is beautifully located at Münchenbryggeriet in Stockholm. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

About you

Your qualifications:

  • Experience from working at a customer success function at a SaaS company.

  • Experience in leading a customer success team, or closely related commercial team.

  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, business growth and transformation in a data-driven way.

  • You communicate fluently in English

We consider it a merit if you also have experience of:

  • Working at a startup/scale-up in a growth phase

  • The HR tech scene

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a person who likes to drive change and solve problems. You see opportunities where others may see obstacles. Aside from being analytical and good at solving problems, it is equally important that you have excellent communication skills and can influence others. Being great at context-switching, working both operationally and strategically, is also essential. You are a comfortable leader, great at supporting, developing and encouraging your colleagues!
