We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Customer Success Group, someone with a flair for understanding exactly what is needed to bring a project or program to fruition for our customer, galvanizing stakeholders both internally and externally.

This role is all about the business' journey as we continue to grow. You’ll be an integral part in facilitating the smooth and successful onboarding of a customer (managing the process after the initial sales agreement, through to handing the fully onboarded customer onto account managers & customer care), ensuring that their technical requirements and key deadlines are met by coordinating the relevant persons internally to deliver.

Our Danish team is small, but growing steadily and you’ll be managing projects not only in Denmark, but gaining international exposure across our Norwegian, Swedish and UK markets too.

Who You Are 👀

You’ll be a results-oriented relationship builder, with excellent communication skills. You are analytically-minded, and have a knack for creating and implementing process. You'll need the above skills, for the following:

  • Planning, estimating and following up projects, focusing on risk, cost and time.
  • Report project progress to customers and internal steering group.
  • Responsible for the projects you manage, including quality assurance, resource management, approval, communication and finance.
  • Coordinate and communicate with people across organizations and departments
  • Participate in tenders and tender writing

You should have 💪

  • At least three years relevant education from college or university.
  • Relevant background from technical project management aimed at external customers.
  • Good business and customer understanding .
  • Fluent English and Danish (oral and written).

The nice to haves ➕➕➕

  • Experience from Contact Centre/ CX and/or Workforce Management (WFM)
  • Experience as project manager / program leader in system development, system integration or delivery projects - preferably international deliveries
  • Experience with training and presentation
  • Experience from RFI / RFP responses
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
  • Experience from projects with third party deliveries, as well as experience with contract handling in projects.

The location

Puzzel’s Danish office is at H. J. Holst Vej 5A, 2.sal, 2605 Brøndby, Copenhagen. Realistically, you should expect to be in the office 2-3 days/week, and you have the option to work from home or the office the rest of the week.
