What you’ll do
Lead our high performing People team of eight (consisting of Talent Acquisition and People Experience teams) and build the HR function further to support our ambitious growth goals
Be a trusted voice of the people in the management team
People strategy - Create and execute a People strategy to align with Oneflow’s growth strategy
Culture - Help build a thriving culture of learning and continuous feedback, where our values play a crucial role
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management - develop a clear Talent strategy to plan the hire and growth of remarkable talented people
Compensation & benefits - create, implement, and communicate a transparent and consistent salary model and benefits package, coach and manage our leaders in the performance review process, ensuring we're positioned well to attract and retain the best talented people
The Oneflow experience - identify and drive initiatives to keep delighting our wizards, build our reputation as the most attractive workplace in the world
Learning and development - create frameworks, learning experiences, and development programs that run across the company, incl. coaching and clear growth plans, ensuring skills and competencies are developed at all levels
Skills & Requirements
10+ years’ experience in CPO/Head of/VP of People & Culture positions
Proven ability to build, coach and lead effective teams and leaders in a fast-paced environment
Experience in developing and implementing People & Culture strategies with a commercial hat on while working both strategically and hands-on
Solid track record of leading successful and business-oriented People & Culture teams and developing related processes and systems
Basic knowledge of laws governing the HR profession, such as labor, workplace, benefits, immigration laws, etc. to effectively help make decisions minimizing company's exposure to legal risks, and knowing when to require legal assistance
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
