ABOUT THE JOB

Do you have an excellent legal understanding, and experience with handling SaaS contracts from both customers, partners, and vendors? This role is a newly established role and will play a key part in providing advice to our management and employees in an international company.

The Agillic omnichannel marketing automation platform empowers brands to work with data-driven insights to create, automate, and send personalised communication to millions. We work to eliminate communication pollution and thereby creating the most impactful, meaningful, and profitable customer experiences. 

In this role you will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer, Claus Boysen, and a significant part of your time will be spent on working with data privacy and security compliance, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for keeping both Agillic, our partners, and our services compliant with global regulations, handling various customer requests/negotiations and supporting our employees in legal aspects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for setting the direction and standards for legal questions related to: 

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts including DPAs with our customers, partners, and vendors
  • Identify business risks and devising practical, business-oriented solutions to mitigate such risks
  • Deal with complex legal matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organisation
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
  • Hold a Danish Master’s in Law or Corporate Law
  • 3-5 years of experience as an in-house counsel in an international company
  • Great legal and professional skills, including and experience with international contracts and e.g., knowledge about intellectual property law or competition-law
  • International experience and/or exposure
  • Experience in a SaaS company and a strong commercial understanding
  • Being comfortable with technical discussions of software and technology
  • CIPP/E or CIPM certifications is a plus
