Workplace Manager

In your role as Workplace Manager, you will be part of our People Experience team, and drive our creation of an ever inspiring office environment that supports employees, in connecting, collaborating & reaching their goals.

This role includes a wide range of big and small; from strategic budgeting, building decision material as well as socializing with colleagues and putting the work pants on to operate a power drill. You will have a key impact on how we design and reiterate our spaces to match the ever changing needs in a new era of work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Office Experience - office/remote/hybrid
• Facilities & Vendor management
• Office operational budget incl. facility budget responsibilities

Role requirement:

• A proven track record of 5+ years experience of successful project management including experience of:
• Formal or informal Leadership experience, of teams, operational branches and/or direct reports
• Strong communications skills and an organized way of working
• Previous financial and budget responsibilities of min > 5 million sek, including planning, executing and follow up
• Previous experience from a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment is a plus
• Our company language is English; hence excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English are required
