Normative is now looking for a Head of Sales, DACH market

Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints. Our Head of Sales will be at the forefront of driving the transition to a net zero world by promoting our cutting-edge carbon accounting software and expert advisory services to companies in Germany.

What you’ll do:
The Head of Sales will be one of the first employees in our DACH team where you will be responsible for leading, building and managing the sales team in Germany. You will report to the Director of Sales, EMEA and work closely with the CCO and other stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients.

In the role, you will:

  • Develop, implement and execute on sales strategies to achieve revenue targets that are aligned with Normatives strategies and goals

  • Build, lead, develop and manage the sales team in Germany

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other markets to drive business growth

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

  • Represent Normative at industry events, trade shows and other client facing interactions

We believe you:

  • Have a proven track record of success in sales management where you previously have lead, managed, recruited and developed a high-class sales team with a winning attitude

  • You have previously worked with the full B2B sales cycle, preferably in SaaS-companies

  • You have a deep understanding of the German market

  • Have experience from a fast-paced and growing company where you are used to working together to reach targets

  • Have excellent communication skills in English and German.

  • Care deeply about making a real contribution towards a sustainable future. If you also have some previous experience from working or studying within that field - that’s amazing

  • Care deeply about building a winning culture together with your colleagues to help us maintain a competitive advantage

  • Are a tech-savvy individual with the ability to learn quickly

Normative has offices in Stockholm, London, Copenhagen and soon an office in Frankfurt. We expect the team in Frankfurt to work mainly from the office, but mobile work flexibility can be discussed. This position may require travel within Germany and to our other offices.
