We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to design, plan and execute our marketing projects and tasks in close collaboration with the rest of our Marketing team and our commercial teams (Customer Success, Centre of Excellence & Sales). From orchestrating and coordinating project prioritisation to budget management and timely deliveries of defined activities. You will become a valuable part of our skilled Marketing team and report directly to our Marketing Director, Alp Öztekin.

  • Act as the Product Owner of the marketing backlog and prioritize, initiate and manage the projects and digital campaigns to deliver on the Marketing team’s KPIs, in an agile fashion
  • Operational excellence through process improvements to increase agility and impact (always on search for higher impact with less effort/activity balance)
  • Agillic content creation management and activation, from briefing to performance reporting and optimization (such as client stories – video ads, press releases, case studies, thought leadership reports and documents, etc.)
  • Coordination and orchestration of Marketing’s collective efforts on defined deliverables
  • Information management among key stakeholders internally and externally
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, project management or similar
  • 4-5 years of experience in delivering high quality projects in an international SaaS company or a marketing/agency environment
  • Experience with Change Management, Agile ways of working and tools like Asana/Monday for project management is a plus
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics and experience in digital campaign creation and execution is a plus
  • Proven ability and willingness to run multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Savvy with Analytics (Google, email marketing, LinkedIn), CX funnel design, customer journey mapping
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
  • Business focused attitude, setting high standards for work quality and quantity as measured by value delivered to the business
  • Strong drive and team management skills to drive results
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized and great project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious by nature and work well in a highly dynamic and transformational environment
