About the role

You will become a key player in the expansion of the ecosystem of companies and relationships around Voyado and we need your expertise to successfully grow our business internationally. Voyado is the market leading loyalty platform in the Nordics, with over 200 retail companies as our customers, and we are now expanding further into Europe.

You will be responsible for relationships of our partners such as service partners, other platform vendors expanding functionality to Voyado. You will together with our partner team drive our network of existing partners to outstanding co-sell opportunities and find new relevant companies to join forces with.

Among other things you will work with recruitment, onboarding and scaling partners. This will include sales training, evaluation of sales opportunities via partners and setting up business plans for new partner integrations. In the role, you have opportunities to develop professionally and influence Voyado’s growth strategy via the partner network.

This role will be based in our vibrant office in London.

A social chameleon who treats the delicate task to serve the few with the most exclusive relationships and in the same time manage to give the many a base line treatment. You like to think strategically, but act hands on and gets things done. You are an entrepreneurial person with a business mindset and you like creating business opportunities. Being the voice of the partners you must also be able to analyze and guide our different internal teams how to work with partners.

You are genuinely interested in the tech landscape around online retail and constantly seek inspiration and knowledge that you can apply in your own work. You like to work in a collaborative environment where everyone helps each other out and everyone’s contribution matters for success. Enable for travel and evening representation.

Skills & Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communication or Economics
  • Several years of experience from e-commerce positions or another SaaS company in a similar role
  • You’re your own Project manager and knows how to prioritize
  • Ready to follow and develop processes for treating partners
  • You are native-level English
  • You like the idea of end customer sales but do not necessarily need to go the whole way to closing the deal
  • A plus is if you not only are tech-curious but also have some insight into technical integration projects or setup of SaaS-platforms
