Back in 2014, two engineers and one psychologist all agreed that something was broken in the way most organizations work with employee engagement and performance and they strongly felt there was a better way to do things. Fast forward to today, Eletive is an intelligent People Success Platform that helps organizations measure and increase engagement and build workplaces where people thrive.

We are currently on a scale-up journey with ambitious global growth plans – and this is where you come into the picture! We have developed our content marketing strategy; hence we need support in our content management and creation at every communication touch point.

So what is the role about? 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

As a Content Marketing Intern, you will be a part of our fantastic Marketing team and be coached and supervised by our Content Manager, Johanna Marcusson. Your role will be to create, improve and maintain content to support our marketing goals. Your main platform will be our Social Media Channels, such as Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. Apart from that, you will also support and be a helping hand when we arrange webinars and podcasts. This is a creative role where you as an intern will have plenty of room to take many initiatives and work on your own projects.

To thrive in the role we believe that you...🌟

• Are studying marketing, digital media, strategic communication or similar and are looking for an internship for a minimum of 10 weeks
• Feel comfortable speaking and writing in English
• Have experience with MS Office, Canva and Adobe
• Have knowledge and interest in social marketing on Social Media platforms
• Have basic photo and video skills in both executing and post-edit
• Have knowledge of SEO and performance metrics (general awareness and willingness to learn, you don't need to be an expert!)
• Are eager to learn and willing to take your own initiatives!

We work in hybrid-remote teams, you get flexible work hours and there are always snacks in the kitchen for when you get the munchies.
