As a Product Manager at BIMobject, you will have a unique opportunity to define and drive the vision and roadmap of BIMobject.com. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our product not only meets the needs of our 20k+ daily downloading users but also aligns with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with other Product Managers, as well as cross-functional teams including Commercial, tech leads, data scientists, product designers, and industry stakeholders. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budgeted product development and launch.
• Conduct thorough market and user research to identify user and customer needs.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to enhance product features and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure product development aligns with customer and user needs.
• Present research findings to stakeholders and lead problem-solving sessions.
• Collaborate with the commercial departments to develop effective go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Define and track product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology company.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and techniques.
