SCHHH is the first agency, fully dedicated to CS, started in Copenhagen.
From goal definition to execution and implementation, we want to give a hand to start-ups and scale-ups on how to organise and scale their Customer Success activities. We are hands-on, we focus on the outcome and the impact we can have.
We accelerate our clients’ journey by building a dedicated plan fitting the audience, the market, the customer base, the company objectives and the internal resources. There are as many CS journeys as there are companies. It is the sum of all the actions in the funnel that lead to success. Aiming for the customer experience first, we seek to generate a positive emotion at every touchpoint.
So far, we have specialized in projects to support SaaS and e-commerce fast-growing companies. Based in Copenhagen, we count clients based in USA, UK, Denmark, France, Sweden and Finland.
