The Opportunity

Pliance is growing, and we are now looking for a Head of Sales to join the team. As a talented and committed Head of Sales, you will get to lead and expand our sales team and strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in defining and driving our revenue growth strategy while building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

With your ability to develop, coach, and inspire, you will take our sales strategy to the next level and help the team reach new heights. 

Pliance helps its customers stay compliant with anti-money laundering regulations and fight financial crime. We have customers across the Nordics and we want you for our growth out to Europe and beyond. We provide the right tools and onboarding to ensure you have the proper conditions to succeed in your role. With that being said, there are opportunities to develop and grow within our organisation. 


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve our sales objectives and expand our customer base in the Nordics and Europe.
  • Build, lead and coach a high-performing sales team (recruiting, training, and performance management).
  • Forge strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and understand their needs and objectives to better serve them.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align sales strategy with business and product goals.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics, and forecast sales trends and projections.
  • Overview and optimize revenue operations.
  • Cultivate an environment of continuous learning and improvement in the sales team.

What you bring to Pliance

  • Experience as a Head of Sales or equivalent position role with impressive results
  • Sustained success in acquiring new business or customer acquisition
  • Previous experience from scaling a B2B SaaS business is a definite plus
  • Your “builder” mindset and ability to help others reach their full potential
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish English since you will be using both on a daily basis
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
