The problem 👋

The product right now is very lean and tight from both a functional and design perspective, it’s a great beta.

But we have a problem — we need to find the best candidates and get in touch with visionary sales leader across the SaaS ecosystem. We need more and better market feedback as we’re also growing the product team to turn the learnings into features and improvements.

Who you are 🐉

  • You have started your sales career a couple of years ago, maybe you’re a Sales or BDR Manager now.
  • You're a high energy optimist who has seen what great looks like who is anxious to get out there and prove to yourself you can build an even greater team from scratch!
  • You are kind, candid, and value open dialogue and feedback culture.
  • You are excited about bringing other top tier sales people to the team and building something great.

What you will do 💼

  • Build out and execute on the entire sales process, start to finish, everything from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Work daily with the Founders to define our ICP and refine a repeatable sales motion that generates high-fit logos.
