What the International Sales Program role offers you

This program is both intense and rewarding, designed to give top candidates an accelerated career trajectory within our organization. The goal is for you to learn the industry, B2B SaaS sales and to grow into a senior role with more responsibility in the company. The position is a full time employment and your salary consists of a fixed and a variable part. 

We hire on potential over experience. But don’t worry; we'll ensure you're fully prepared and geared for success. How? Through coaching from experienced colleagues as well as training & development sessions in everything from SaaS, the industry, and of course everything sales-related. The training doesn't stop after your initial onboarding – throughout your trainee program, you'll constantly be challenged and mentored by senior leaders.

  • Bring a winning attitude, high energy, and an owner’s mentality 
  • Are prestigeless, humble, and friendly :) leadership experience is a plus
  • Are curious about the SaaS industry and have previous experience within sales or service of any kind
  • Have great communication skills and are ambitious with a hunger for success
  • Have a university degree (or similar) and have excelled in either work, sports, or extracurricular activities
  • Are fluent in English and Swedish/Danish/Finnish/Norwegian. Italian, German, Spanish, Polish & French are merits.

The position is located in Malmö (HQ) and is a full time employment. We also have offices in Munich, Madrid, Milan, Gliwice and Budapest in Europe, where you also can be located.
