Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Global Paid Search Manager, who can take on the responsibility of our successful paid search channel to further develop and turn its high potential into business.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will become part of a successful and fast-growing marketing team, where you will have a visible and direct impact on driving revenue across business channels in our global markets.

Your job will be to scale the global paid search channel by leveraging the high potential of search traffic in a competitive, global search landscape with high volumes of relevant search traffic.


As an expert in turning search traffic into high intent leads and revenue, your responsibility will span from strategic planning to hands-on execution, ongoing optimization, and analysis of your paid search campaigns on Google and Bing Ads.

  • Manage the global paid search strategy and budget
  • Plan and launch profitable search campaigns from planning to execution
  • Collaborate with our content team to write compelling ad copy in line with the brand voice and message
  • Document and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on your results and spend using various attribution models
  • Together with the marketing team, craft landing pages and conversion flows that convert visitors into high intent leads based on a wide range of Calls to Action and offerings
  • Day-to-day analysis and optimization of new and existing campaigns to ensure maximum performance and top optimization scores

About you

  • Optimization potential with paid search is endless, but time is a constraint. You know how to get the most out of your time and effort
  • You like sharing your knowledge, and you can own a discussion about paid search, as you have your arguments and opinions in place
  • You are data- and results-driven and like to take initiative and end-to-end manage your projects and campaigns
  • You are very structured and have the skills required to manage complex campaigns with different configurations, dimensions, and strategies


  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in B2B or B2C, and at least 2 years of experience with global/international paid search campaigns across countries and regions
  • Great written English and communication skills and experience writing ad copy that converts
  • In-depth experience with complex paid search strategies using different automated and manual bidding strategies, different campaign goals (Target CPA, ROAS, Max Conversions, etc), extensions, and a deep understanding of the many dimensions of paid search
