Wanted - Sales Superstar!

We are launching our SaaS app to a global audience and are looking for a sales superstar to join our ranks. Qlerify is a B2B SaaS platform that can substantially cut lead times in software development projects. We have been developing our product for 3 years and now we need a bright and driven sales talent to help us get our solution in front of relevant customers.

About You

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic B2B SaaS sales and marketing expert with an extensive experience from growing the customer base of software companies, preferably with experience from other similar startups. The role is critical to our success and you will be responsible for growing our customer base internationally.


As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Meet and exceed your sales targets
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers and negotiate pricing and closing deals with customers
  • Create a sales pipeline and carry out sales forecasts and analysis
  • Create and carry out promotional strategy and activities and plan sales/marketing campaigns
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation and arrange business meetings or other customer engagement activities
  • Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Develop our growth strategy focused on attracting new users and retention
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world

What to Expect

You will work from home or in an office environment with a high level of freedom as long as you deliver results. You will join the founding team as a long-term partner and work very close to the three founders with the aim to grow the user base as fast as possible. We can offer very attractive incentives for the right candidate that is willing to commit to our vision and journey, such as stock options and a high commission on sales.
