About the Role

Working as part of a multinational team, your role as Account Executive will be to acquire new customers from a strategic list of target accounts.

Your daily activities will include outbound sales prospecting, qualifying potential customers, delivering presentations, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

You will be supported closely by a highly efficient team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR), and a very experienced leadership team on a daily basis.

About You

We're looking for ambitious people with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, who are interested in technology and hungry to learn (we don’t hire know-it-alls).

You should have a proven track record within a competitive environment, and be ready to hit the ground running without too much hand-holding.

To excel in this role, you will need the following:

  • Excellent Qualification & Presentation Skills
  • Efficient Pipeline Management & Time Management Skills
  • Advanced Negotiation & Deal Closing Skills

You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, and sometimes high-pressure chaotic environment where cool heads are needed.

You should have experience with CRM systems and have a working knowledge of other sales tools such as Linkedin, GSuite, Zoom would be an advantage.

And last, but certainly not least, you need to be a team player who can add to the very unique working culture we’ve created here at Ocean.
