Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Accountflow is a cloud based SAAS solution that automates the financial close process for accounting agencies and corporate accounting departments. Our mission is to help accounting leaders and accountants deliver financial reports to business executives faster and at a much lower cost.

Who are you?
Hopefully a skilled and results-oriented salesperson who wants to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company where you will have great influencing power. As sales director, you will be an essential player in the realization of the company's growth ambitions. It is therefore important that you are a dedicated team player with strong leadership skills and great work capacity.
In addition, we are looking for you who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field
- 5 years of experience in sales
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas as a sales representative
- Experience setting sales goals
- Deep understanding of sales CRM systems (Hubspot, e.g.) and best practices
- Fluency in English is a requirement and Norwegian proficiency is a plus
Responsibilities includes:
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Sales prospecting and sales generating
