StartupTools turn founders into super-founders, and grant peace of mind to entrepreneurs all over Sweden. We do that by providing a platform that handles, integrates and automates some of the most difficult parts of building a company:

Earlier this year StartupTools went from being a non-profit providing free templates for Shareholders' Agreements and other core documents throughout the Nordics to also being a SaaS-company. We maintain and develop the legal standard for Shareholders' Agreements as well as other investment documents, and we intend to keep up that work. The future for our SaaS-business is also bright.

The Future

Ahead of us we have the task of simplifying how it is to run a company. We strive for a future where processes which can take days or weeks today, with back-and-forth interactions with banks, investors and employees can be done in minutes. E-signed and done. A lot of that we already have in place, even more of it we will build together.

We will never be "done", but within reach is a future where entrepreneurs and business leaders ask themselves "How was this actually done before StartupTools?".

Your Role in this Future

We have begun to see product market fit, now we want to truly nail it. Being part of the first generation of our Account Executive/Sales/Client Contact team (2 people), is to be an ambassador for a brand many people already love. You will be the bridge between the free templates many companies already have used at their core, our platform and the daily work for the company-builders of Sweden.

You will speak to them when they aren't sure how to sort it out with the investor they just landed. You will hold their hand and let them discover how easily they can issue option programs themselves, correctly, in minutes in our platform.

This is an opportunity to solve real problems for our target group in a significantly better way than the alternatives. As the founder who have done the most sales, I know this. Because I've had the pleasure of receiving applause while doing a demo.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Sign new clients. So far we have only been working hot leads, and I think that will continue for quite some time. Perhaps forever. We already have 1500+ companies on the freemium plan of our platform and more are added daily. We also have over 10 000 people in Sweden who downloaded our materials at some point, with a growth of 150+ a month. We'll start by converting as many of them as we can.

Customer Support. Everyone at StartupTools does customer support. The the founders do it, the CTO does it, and you will do it too. As a bootstrapped company, we haven't found a better way to truly stay close to our clients and understand their needs.

The Team

We are a tiny team of three people today. That is changing now, and we are carefully hiring a few more. This sales/client function are two of those people. The team today consists of our stellar CTO and two founders working on product and as CEO.


Start date: We are ready when you are.

Location: Two of us are located in Stockholm, and one in Norrköping. You are welcome to work from either of those locations, or where you are.

Compensation: Will consist of base salary + commission + option program (when we win, we win together)

Reports to: CEO
