What this job can offer you

  • Identify and allocate cash received from customers in our ERP subledger.
  • Post all customer payments accurately and timely.
  • Research unidentified payments and/or recoupment to determine with the team an appropriate resolution.
  • Track and resolve payment issues like double payments, non-receipt or amount discrepancies.
  • Work closely with CX, Collections, and Billing to collaborate on resolving issues.
  • Work on adjustments/write off balances in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with Remote accounting policy, and in close collaboration with Collections/Sales teams.

What you bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics or exceptional experience
  • Knowledge of basic order-to-cash concepts, procedures, metrics and controls and strong Excel, Google Sheet skills
  • Team Player, Problem solving mindset, Self-motivated
  • Collaborating and working knowledge of ERP systems, Google Workspace
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
