Normative is now looking for a Sales Development Representative, Nordic region

Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprint. Our Sales team are part educators and part guides, as they help companies understand the importance of emissions accounting and begin their journeys to net zero. Every time our salespeople guide a company to choosing Normative, they’ve unlocked potential GHG savings and allowed that business to thrive in a net zero economy.

Our sales team is rapidly growing and we’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative with a passion for making a true difference through sales to join our team. In the role you will be based in either our Stockholm or Copenhagen office and working as part of the Nordic team. You’ll be reporting to the SDR Team Lead and join a growing sales team with colleagues in Stockholm, Copenhagen and London.

We want to invest in skilled & driven people and we see the SDR-position as a crucial first step to growing into an Account Executive role at Normative or keep growing in other directions of the company.

What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:

  • Qualify leads and move them through the company sales pipeline

  • Use lead generation tools to map lists of target accounts

  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions through the use of PACTT and MEDDICC qualification

  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospects throughout the Nordic region to understand their needs and assess Normative's business potential

  • Using our sales development platform ( to execute a multi-touch outreach process consisting of cold calling, emailing & social touches to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Work towards a qualified lead/demos quota every month, and do your best to meet and/or exceed the targets

Experience we’re seeking:

  • You have experience from a role within B2B Sales in preferably a Saas company or similar.

  • Are committed, eager and have a driven mindset. You enjoy the core of sales as well as the goal to help the world reach net-zero emissions.

  • Great communication skills and ability to speak fluent English and one or more of the Nordic languages.

  • We will train you within the sustainability sector, but think that you need a passion and interest in the space.

  • Dynamic and engaging conversationalist

Normative has offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. For this role we believe you can be placed in either Stockholm or Copenhagen. The SDR team works from the office most days of the week. We believe that for you to be able to develop and reach your targets you will get the best support and collaboration from our office.
